Children aged 3 and over may toboggan if accompanied. The companion must be at least 8 years old and at least 1.35 m tall. From the age of 8, everyone may toboggan alone. Unfortunately, children under the age of 3 are not allowed to toboggan for safety reasons. However, there are also many attractions on our Wiegand Erlebnisberge without a minimum age requirement
Two people fit on one toboggan, but you are also welcome to toboggan alone. Please check the minimum age beforehand and bring an accompanying person (if necessary).
There is no maximum size, there are also tobogganers who are over 2 meters tall. The maximum weight on our toboggans is between 150 and 170 kg, depending on the type of toboggan. Please enquire directly at the location before your visit.
Our summer toboggan run is barrier-free. There are special conditions for people with a disabled pass and a registered accompanying person. Further information can be found in the price list of the respective adventure mountain.
In your own interest and due to safety regulations, pregnant women are not permitted to use the summer toboggan run. However, there are plenty of good vantage points where you can watch your loved ones tobogganing in comfort.

We are actually open in almost any weather. Gray clouds and wind can't harm us. If there is a rain shower, we unfortunately have to close for a short time. To be on the safe side, just check the daily opening hours before your visit.
Yes, the group price is available on our rides for groups of 15 or more.
Yes - every toboggan rider must buy a ticket. Even if you are only the accompanying person for the under 8-year-old child.
Our toboggan tickets are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You will also find the expiration date on the toboggan tickets. Once the ticket has expired, it can no longer be exchanged.
If there are several summer toboggan runs or other rides (e.g. Hexenbesen, Wie-Li & Wie-Flyer) on an adventure mountain, the ticket is valid for all of them. Attractions such as the climbing forest, mountain carts and Skywalk are excluded.
No, you can buy our toboggan tickets easily and conveniently directly from us at the ticket office. But you can also buy them via our online store. Your advantage? You no longer have to queue at the toboggan cash desk, save the waiting time and can start tobogganing straight away! Reservations for toboggan rides are not possible.
With your toboggan ticket, you go through the turnstile and get on the next free toboggan. Our staff will then give you a brief introduction to the braking system. You remain comfortably seated in the toboggan for the entire ride, both uphill and downhill. Using the brake lever, you decide for yourself how fast you want to go.
In any case! The 6 and 10 tickets are not personal and can be used by several people.
You do not need to book our toboggan run. We recommend booking for groups of 15 people or more, but we are also prepared for spontaneous visits. Take a look at our group offers.
Guests who have a disabled pass with the letter "B" (accompanying person) receive a discount. Please show your ID at the ticket office. Further information can be found on our price list.

A climbing ticket is valid for 3 hours after the safety briefing. In our experience, good climbers can complete all courses within this time. If there is a large number of visitors, you may have to wait a short time before you can continue climbing. Once the time has expired, you must return the climbing equipment to us. Save time and fill out the declaration of consent at home.
A visit to the climbing forest is always worthwhile! If you want to avoid a long queue, we recommend a visit in the morning when the weather forecast is good. The early bird climbs longer!
Children can climb with us from the age of 6 if accompanied. Different age regulations apply to the different courses. It's best to check our course description before your visit to see exactly who is allowed to climb what. Here you will also find the rules on how many adults must climb or supervise.
One adult supervisor may accompany (climb with) a maximum of two children aged 6-7 years. One adult supervisor may accompany (climb with) a maximum of five children aged 8-9 years. For children aged 10-15, one adult may accompany up to 10 children - supervision from the ground is sufficient here, without climbing along. From the age of 16, all courses may be used without a supervisor.
A light rain shower should not stop us. If the rain lasts longer, we will unfortunately have to close the summer toboggan run & the climbing forest. If you are unsure, it is best to check the webcam.

Everything is much more fun without a backpack! We offer lockers for your rucksack or bag for a fee. These are then stored safely and you can climb without worrying!
Of course you can take a break from climbing. There's nothing wrong with a sip of water and a small snack for refreshment. However, stay on the grounds of the climbing forest for this. Unfortunately, you can't take your climbing harness to the kiosk down to the toboggan run in between. You would have to take the harness off completely and valuable climbing time would be lost. It's best to get a little refreshment beforehand and visit the toilet again - then you can relax and enjoy the climbing fun.
In your own interest, we do not recommend that pregnant women use the climbing forest. We would like to point out that climbing is at your own risk. Pregnant women climb at their own discretion and at their own risk.
